- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1½ pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
- 5 tablespoons butter, cut into pads
Instructions
- Place the beef stew meat in one half of the crockpot.
- Nestle the baby Yukon gold potatoes beside the beef.
- Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt over both ingredients.
- Gently toss the beef to coat it evenly with the seasoning.
- Sprinkle the chopped garlic on top of the beef and potatoes.
- Distribute the butter pads across the dish.
- Cover the crockpot and set it to low for 360 minutes (6 hours).
- Once done, spoon the garlic butter sauce over the beef and potatoes and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, ensure the beef is fork-tender when done. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
