- 1 packet Italian seasoning mix

- 8 oz angel hair pasta

Instructions
- In the slow cooker, combine the cream of chicken soup, Italian seasoning, and chicken broth. Stir gently to mix.
- Nestle the chicken breasts into the mixture, ensuring they’re well coated.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours, checking occasionally for tenderness.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
- Stir the sour cream into the slow cooker, shred the chicken, and mix it back into the sauce.
- Serve over the pasta and sprinkle parsley on top.
Notes
