Description

Delightful truffles made with creamy white chocolate, tart cranberries, and crunchy pistachios—perfect for the holiday season.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave. Stir until smooth and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until well combined.
  3. Fold the melted chocolate into the cream mixture gently.
  4. Fold in the chopped cranberries and pistachios until evenly distributed.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm enough to shape.
  6. Form small balls about the size of cherries and roll each truffle in the chopped pistachios to coat.
  7. Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray and chill again for another 30 minutes.
  8. Serve as a festive treat or package them for a gift.

Notes

Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to a month.
