Delightful cookies filled with Oreo crumbles and white chocolate chips for a comforting treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened, at room temperature)
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 Oreo or chocolate sandwich cookies (coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a couple of baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until a dough forms.
- Gently fold in the chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips.
- Using a small cookie scoop, drop rounded portions of dough onto the baking sheets and press down slightly.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until slightly underbaked in the center.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For extra chewy cookies, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking. Don’t overbake for the best gooey texture.
