Description
A warm and creamy ground beef stroganoff that is easy to make and perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add garlic and ground beef, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and blend in. Gradually add beef broth, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Reduce heat and mix in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked egg noodles with the beef mixture.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For added depth of flavor, consider adding a splash of Worcestershire sauce or crushed red pepper flakes.
