Instructions

  1. Mini bruschetta: Slice the baguette and toast until golden. Mix diced tomatoes with minced garlic, fresh basil, and olive oil; spoon onto toasted bread.
  2. Stuffed mushrooms: Preheat oven to 375°F. Clean mushrooms, mix stems with cream cheese, garlic, breadcrumbs, and herbs. Stuff caps and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Caprese skewers: Alternate cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil on small skewers. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
  4. Vegetable spring rolls: Soften rice paper wrappers in warm water, fill with assorted veggies, and roll tightly. Serve with dipping sauce.
  5. Deviled eggs: Boil eggs, cool, halve, mix yolks with mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper. Fill whites and garnish with paprika.
