Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Add chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Take scoops of the yogurt mixture (about 2 tablespoons each) and drop them onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours until firm.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
- Dip each frozen yogurt cluster in the melted chocolate, ensuring they are well-coated. Return to the baking sheet and sprinkle sea salt over each one.
- Freeze until the chocolate hardens, about another hour. Enjoy straight from the freezer.
