Description

Delightful Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters that are creamy, fruity, and indulgent, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Add chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
  2. Take scoops of the yogurt mixture (about 2 tablespoons each) and drop them onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours until firm.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
  4. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster in the melted chocolate, ensuring they are well-coated. Return to the baking sheet and sprinkle sea salt over each one.
  5. Freeze until the chocolate hardens, about another hour. Enjoy straight from the freezer.

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor and feel free to experiment with different types of chocolate.
