- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 2 cans chili (with or without beans)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the frozen tater tots evenly across the bottom of a large baking dish.
- Pour the chili over the tater tots, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a couple of minutes, then serve with sour cream and green onions.
Notes
For extra crispiness, pre-bake the tater tots for about 10 minutes before adding chili and cheese. Experiment with different chili types to suit your taste.
