- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.
