Description
Crispy spring rolls filled with savory ground beef, cheese, and pickles, perfect for family meals or parties.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 cup Dill Pickles, chopped
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar
- 10 Egg Roll Wrappers
- Vegetable Oil for Frying
- Flaky Salt for finishing
Instructions
- Add beef, onion, and seasoned salt to a fry pan over medium-high heat. Cook until fully cooked and strain the fat.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, and dill pickles to the pan.
- Turn off the heat and stir in the shredded cheese. Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface oriented like a diamond. Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of the filling in a line between the sides, tuck the corners in, and roll it up, sealing the edge with a wet finger.
- Repeat until all filling is used up.
- For the Air Fryer method: Spritz spring rolls with cooking spray and air fry at 380°F for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- For the Deep Fryer method: Heat oil to 370°F and fry spring rolls in batches for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and sprinkle with flaky salt.
- Let spring rolls rest before serving.
Notes
Try using different cheeses or adding vegetables for variety. Ensure the filling cools slightly before rolling.
