Description

Crispy spring rolls filled with savory ground beef, cheese, and pickles, perfect for family meals or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1 cup Dill Pickles, chopped
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar
  • 10 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • Vegetable Oil for Frying
  • Flaky Salt for finishing

Instructions

  1. Add beef, onion, and seasoned salt to a fry pan over medium-high heat. Cook until fully cooked and strain the fat.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, and dill pickles to the pan.
  3. Turn off the heat and stir in the shredded cheese. Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.
  4. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface oriented like a diamond. Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of the filling in a line between the sides, tuck the corners in, and roll it up, sealing the edge with a wet finger.
  5. Repeat until all filling is used up.
  6. For the Air Fryer method: Spritz spring rolls with cooking spray and air fry at 380°F for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. For the Deep Fryer method: Heat oil to 370°F and fry spring rolls in batches for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and sprinkle with flaky salt.
  8. Let spring rolls rest before serving.

Notes

Try using different cheeses or adding vegetables for variety. Ensure the filling cools slightly before rolling.
