Scale
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the diced apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour the cream cheese blend over the crust in the baking dish.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.

Notes
For a richer crust, try adding a tablespoon of brown sugar to the graham cracker mixture. Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature to avoid lumps.
