Description

Delightful caramel mingling with cinnamon and sweet apples creates these creamy, velvety cheesecake bars, all embraced by a buttery graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gently fold in the diced apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour the cream cheese blend over the crust in the baking dish.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer crust, try adding a tablespoon of brown sugar to the graham cracker mixture. Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature to avoid lumps.
