Description

Delightful caramel apple cheesecake bars with a buttery graham cracker crust and a creamy filling, perfect for family gatherings and cozy evenings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups peeled and sliced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a rectangular baking dish.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well blended, then press into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time, blending well.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract, sliced apples, and cinnamon.
  5. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust and drizzle caramel sauce on top; swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set with a slight jiggle in the center.
  7. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
