- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Allow marinating briefly.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes per side, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Return the salmon to the skillet to heat through and nestle it into the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. Reheat gently over low heat.
