Description

A delightful seafood medley featuring flaky salmon and succulent shrimp in a rich, creamy garlic sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Allow marinating briefly.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes per side, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return the salmon to the skillet to heat through and nestle it into the sauce.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. Reheat gently over low heat.
