- 8 strips bacon, chopped (center cut)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or skip and use all mayonnaise)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
- 1/3 cup green onions, diced
- 2/3 pint grape tomatoes, halved or quartered
- 1 avocado, diced
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Add the ranch seasoning and pepper, mixing well.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, bacon, and green onions until fully coated.
- Carefully fold in the diced tomatoes.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
- Right before serving, mix in the avocado.
- For best flavor, chill in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
