- 4 (6-ounce) skinless salmon filets, diced into 1-inch chunks
- Olive oil spray
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
- Brown rice, optional for serving
Instructions
- Place salmon in a large bowl and spritz with olive oil spray.
- In a small bowl, mix sweet paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, kosher salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mix all over the salmon chunks.
- Spray the air fryer basket with oil.
- Place seasoned salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry at 400°F for 5 to 7 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove when cooked through and serve hot with lemon wedges and parsley.
