A quick and delicious recipe for honey garlic glazed salmon, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 (6 oz) salmon filets, skin on
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp blackening seasoning (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon filets dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and optional blackening seasoning.
  2. Preheat your broiler to high.
  3. Melt butter and olive oil in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add minced garlic, water, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, and lemon juice to the skillet; cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Place seasoned salmon filets skin side down in the skillet, cooking for about 3 minutes while basting.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the broiler and broil for 5-6 minutes, basting once more, until caramelized.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.

Notes

Serve with vegetables and rice to soak up the glaze. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
