- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons creamy almond butter
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
- 1/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except for the toasted coconut flakes into a blender.
- Blend until you have a smooth and creamy mixture.
- Divide the mixture into four jars or glasses, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top each portion with a handful of toasted coconut flakes. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra creaminess, blend almond butter with almond milk before adding the chia seeds. Enhance chocolate flavor with a splash of vanilla extract.
