Description

A quick and versatile flatbread packed with protein, perfect for any meal or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Large Whole Eggs
  • 1 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder (Optional)
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning (Optional)
  • Oregano (Optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Add all of your ingredients into either a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet, shaping it as desired.
  4. Top with oregano or your choice of toppings.
  5. Bake at 350°F (176°C) for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Allow flatbread to cool completely for easier slicing. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
