- 2 Large Whole Eggs
- 1 Cup Cottage Cheese
- 3/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder (Optional)
- 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning (Optional)
- Oregano (Optional for topping)
Instructions
- Add all of your ingredients into either a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
- Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet, shaping it as desired.
- Top with oregano or your choice of toppings.
- Bake at 350°F (176°C) for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Allow flatbread to cool completely for easier slicing. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
