Description

A vibrant and easy Garlic Herb Roasted Salmon dish that impresses with its simplicity and flavor, enriched with garlic, herbs, and a splash of orange.


Ingredients

  • 2 lb Salmon Fillet
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic parsley salt (adjust to taste)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine parmesan cheese, parsley, dill, butter, garlic, garlic parsley salt, and orange juice.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place salmon fillets on top.
  3. Top off each piece with a hefty spoon of your herb garlic butter.
  4. Bake salmon at 415°F for about 15 minutes until the fish flakes apart easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
