Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly under cold water.
- Chop the cucumbers, feta, red onion, and basil into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the chickpeas, cucumber, feta cheese, red onion, and basil in a medium mixing bowl.
- Prepare the dressing by combining the remaining ingredients in a small bowl or jar and mix well until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and stir to combine, letting the flavors meld together.
