A delicious and nutritious chia pudding made with banana and cocoa, perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.
Ingredients

- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup homemade soy milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips or cacao nibs
Instructions
- In a mason jar, add chia seeds and cocoa powder. Mix until there are no lumps.
- Mash half of the banana into the jar and add maple syrup; mix well.
- Pour in soy milk and stir until everything is combined.
- Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with remaining banana slices and chocolate chips before serving.
Notes
For a creamier texture, blend the mixture before refrigerating. You can also adjust the sweetness to your preference.
